TBH I’d love to not have to care about this shit at all. Humans are taxing and that tax goes up exponentially with population.

I save my peels in a bag in the freezer and when it’s full I make vegetable stock with it.

Don’t do potato peels but everything from broccoli stalks to mushroom stems work really good.

Sometimes if there aren’t enough onion parts I add an onion.

Then I freeze it it ice cube trays and then store them in an airtight container

We could shorten it to negative one because that’s six minus seven and shortening things and having to explain them makes them cooler

I don’t like paddle shifters. There’s no element of risk in missing a gear and blowing up your transmission

And the only way to kill it is for adults to start saying it, usually incorrectly, as much as possible.

The congestion charge got me to stop driving to NYC and I live like 200 miles away.

Now I take the train which is much nicer.

But even the biggest trucks out there don’t have 1,000 horsepower, and they’re built to haul heavy loads uphill in bad weather.

There are places in the US that, instead of banning giant trucks, are banning Kei trucks.

I hate this country.

My peak torque is around 2500 rpm. Horsepower peaks around 5k for me.

And I like weird, complicated things I have to think about, which is part of why I drive a manual. Downshifting from sixth to fifth, hearing the engine go up in pitch, and feeling that extra torque feels like it would be more fun than just mashing a pedal.

Do they make manual transmission electric cars?
