Yep. I did carry a pair of 12ft 2x12 once. Just slides between the front seats. Mine only tows 8750lbs but my trailer is only about 5500.

I can fit 4x8 sheets in my suv pretty easy. More often though, I have more than 5 passengers. I also have a tow hitch and a U-Haul trailer is like $20 for the day to carry stuff that won’t fit in the back or is too nasty.

Mostly scraping by but also shopping for my next house after selling my first right before the market crashed. Worked a lot of 70+ hour weeks that year. Had 2x car accidents (neither my fault) that totaled out my cars, both of which netted me more than I had spent on the cars in the first place.

Very much depends on the area. I’m in a middle class (what’s left of it) neighborhood and to send my 2 kids to daycare is about $2400 a month. $2000/month for a single kid would be a pretty nice day care in a fairly expensive city.
